Our delivery schedule is as follows :
Monday to Friday : 9.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday : 9.30am to 2.00pm
Upon receipt of your orders, we will arrange for delivery within the next 3 working days.
Our Customer Service Team will call or text you to confirm the actual delivery date.
On the actual day of delivery, we will call you in the morning to confirm the estimated time period of delivery.
Due to unforeseen weather or traffic condition, there may be times our Delivery Team may not be able to achieve the estimated time period of delivery. Kindly bear with us.
For customers staying in private apartments or condominiums, please inform your property management office or security team of our assigned delivery date so as to prevent any situation where our delivery is unable to be completed smoothly or as efficiently as we all wish for.
For customers staying in high floors, please ensure that the lifts in your building are functioning on the day of delivery and provide convenient access for our Delivery Team to deliver to your floor level.
