Return and Refund Policy

If you happened to be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us through WhatsApp or email within 3 days from the delivery date.

 

Request for return will not be acceptable for the following product types :

  1. Products that have been assembled on site.
  2. Products that are not in its original or new unopened condition.
  3. Products that have been customised. 
  4. Products that have been stained, discoloured or washed.
  5. Products that have stained with odours and/or fragrance.
  6. Products that have been damaged, dented or having traces of vandalism.
  7. Customised products.

 

All Request for return products must be in its intact, original packaging condition.

ExluCIFF.com reserve the rights to accept or reject the Request for return if the item concerned falls in the above mentioned condition.

 

If Request for return is accepted, the refund amount will only be the charged product item price only, excluding any other fees that have been added and charged previously to facilitate the completion of the delivery.  

 

The refund amount will be in the form of an E-voucher which will be valid for the next purchase within 3 months starting from the Approved date for Request for return product.
